Rash and negligent driving claimed lives of two youths near Royal function hall in Narsingi on Friday night.
According to the information, a student Osama, 18, of Hakeempet (Tolichowki) along with his two friends Mohammed Shahbaz, 18, and Mohammed Irfan, 22, left for Gandipet lake on Friday morning for sightseeing in i20 car. While returning in the ill-fated car, Shahbaz, who sat in the front seat died on the spot when the car hit road divider and an RTC bus, which was coming from Mehdipatnam. Mohammed Irfan, who was sitting in the rear seat, succumbed to injuries in the hospital.
Osama, who was driving the car, got his legs fractured and undergoing treatment in hospital. Six students traveling in the RTC bus also suffered simple injuries. (NSS)
