Uncle & Nephew Turned T Assembly As ‘Recreation Center’–Revanth

Lashing out at the TRS government for suspending the opposition parties’ Members from the Assembly for the remaining session, TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy alleged that both Uncle and nephew (Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Major Irrigation Minister Harish Rao) have transformed the Assembly as a ‘recreation center’ (aatavidupu kendram).

Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Monday after the suspension of Members from the House, Revanth Reddy alleged that the government was trying to suppress the voice of the opposition parties. He alleged that it was atrocious on the part of the ruling party to suspend all the opposition parties’ members except MIM members. “Uncle speaks something first, later nephew sends the Members out of the House. The House has turned in to an Amusement Center for both of them”, he ridiculed.

Finding fault with the government’s attitude in sending the Members out of the House if they raised public problems, Revanth said that 1400 farmers committed suicide. He demanded the government to extend Rs.6 lakh to each family of the farmer who committed suicide in the State waiving off the loans of the farmers at one strike. (NSS)
