Telangana Students-Unemployed Joint Action Committee Chairman K. Manavata Roy on Monday informed that the JAC will be holding a dharna against the non-fulfilling of vacancies by the State Government.
Speaking to media persons here, Manavata Roy said that the State Government has failed to issue notifications to fill vacancies in various departments. He said there was no clarity on when the notifications would be issued and by what time the vacancies would be filled. In protest against the delay, he said that the JAC would organise a massive dharna at Arts College in Osmania University premises on June 18. The dharna will be addressed by TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy and leaders of other opposition parties. (INN)
