Urdu computers centres and libraries handed over to MFC

Minority Welfare Department has decided to hand over Urdu Computer Centres and Libraries to Minority Finance Corporation so that these institutions are converted into coaching and training centres. The Computer Training Centres and Urdu libraries in Telangana were earlier under Urdu Academy and later handed over to Director Minority Welfare. Keeping in view the poor performance of those institutions it has been decided to permanently convert them into training and coaching centres.

Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel issued orders in this connection. There are as many as 43 computer centres and 30 libraries in Telangana. The number of employees working under them is 178.
