Job Description:
We are looking for Data Analyst for our client in Hyderabad Location.
We are looking to hire a bright and smart Data Analyst who shall be working with our Intelligence practice team. The selected candidate would work with our global and local teams supporting project managers & software developers in integrating the Business Intelligence tools with our application software. The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in handling huge data sets, establishing data models, BIG Data, performing data analysis for drawing interesting trends and interpretations.
The responsibilities shall be related to identifying the right data, based on the requirements defined, gathering the sources of raw data, filtering, cleaning and performing sound statistical and mathematical analysis.
The candidate shall be guided by a team of experts who have worked extensively in our Intelligent Transportation Systems and Intelligence practice, software developers, engineers and database experts.
Requirements
Bachelors (Masters preferred) degree from reputed institutes in Analytics/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering/ Finance/ Economics, Proven high academic scores/ percentage
0-3 yrs of experience, desired at least 2 yrs in data handling and analysis
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
Working knowledge of developing MIS report formats and Dashboards
Hands-on experience in data analytical tools such as Tableau/ Qlikview/ Power View/ google Analytics or similar is desirable
Knowledge of map libraries such as HighCharts etc. is beneficial.
Knowledge of databases such as SQL/ Oracle/ Postgres etc.
Good professional proficiency in English
Good documentation/ writing and communication skills
Willing to work across time zones with global teams
Should be willing to explore and learn new skills
