Job Description:
Job Role-Voice & Accent Trainer
Shifts – Should be open to work in shifts
Location- Hyderabad (Pocharam)
Voice coaching /Classroom Training and handling floor support activities.
Training in English Grammar, VNA, Subject-verb agreement, Vowels and consonants sounds, Pronunciation, etc.
Monitoring and Feedback for Calls/ Emails/ Chat and voice.
Conduct Refreshers/Has worked on CSAT scores.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should have minimum 5 yrs experience in VNA training and Floor support
Should have trained and coached on Customer Service, V&A, grammar, Pronunciation
TNA/TNI Exposure (should be able to conduct TNA/ TNI)
Should be open to work in shifts
Immediate Joining is must
BPO training experience is must(VNA training/Communication Training/Floor Support)
Background Check would be conducted(Candidate must have Address proof/Relieving Letter from last all employer/Highest Education proof)
Transport -Yes (Shifts falling in a window of 8pm-8am)
