Al Hashimy International Group Co. requires HVAC Technician and Electrical Technician. Standard monthly salary.
01. Promotion & Increment: Your growth and increase in salary will depend solely on your performance and contribution to the company. 10% increment on monthly Salary is normally given after the successful completion of 2 years Contract Tenure period; calculating as per Joining.
02. Al Hashimy will provide you free Accommodation and Transportation Facilities.
03. Working schedule will be 09 hours per day 06 days a week.
04. Probationary period: You will be on probation for a period of Three (3) months and may be confirmed as a permanent employee upon successful completion of your probation. In addition to your performance during the probationary period, your confirmation as a permanent employee is subject to your submitting the requisite documents as required by the company.
05. Benefits: Al Hashimy will provide Medical Insurance Coverage and after the successful completion of 2 years of contract; company will give you 30 days Paid Vacation with return air ticket (Jeddah-Hyderabad-Jeddah) and this is in case of renewed contract with both mutual understanding.
06. The contract period of this agreement is 2 years from the day of joining duty.
07. Al Hashimy will provide the second party necessary insurance coverage for workman compensation, benefits for injuries or death as per Saudi labor Laws.
08. Regarding all other matters not covered by the above provisions the Saudi Labor Laws and standard rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply.
