Job Description:
1. Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting interviews to closing the positions
2. Strong Knowledge in sourcing through various channels, innovative sourcing methodologies, account management, cold calling & prospecting is a must.
3. Incumbent(s) must have had a successful track record of achieving recruitment targets in a profit / loss business environment
4. Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills are a must.
