Obama helped create the resolution in the first place – David Keyes
WASHINGTON: Israel has come up with iron-clad information from several resources proving that Barack Obama had been the key lead behind the UN Security council vote.
UN Security Council vote which was conducted last week, condemned Israeli expansion of settlements in the occupied territories.
“Obama helped create the resolution in the first place,” said spokesman David Keyes.
“Israel intends to present the evidence to the Trump Administration through the appropriate channels,” said Ambassador Ron Dermer.
Dermer encouraged Trump to share it with the American people to prove that the US was behind this ganging up on Israel at the UN.
Analysts warn of greater the threat risks which may further affect US-Israeli ties though it would not be strange, as Israeli government has already begun picking fights with the outgoing Democratic administration.
The White House has however, denied having any role in drafting the UN Security Council resolution, and the US was the only nation not to vote for the resolution.
