Jeddah: Abdullah bin Ahmad Al-Thaqafi, Education Director appreciated the talent of Ahmed and sent a letter of appreciation to Custodian of the Holy Mosques King Salman for sending invitation to the talented US clockmaker.
He said that King always support Islam and Muslims all over the world. Ahmed’s parents in reply said that they were very happy with the honour they received in Saudi Arabia. They also appreciated the role of King Salman in the different fields.
Al-Thaqafi praised the student for his creative mind and wished him great success. He also said that he is welcomed to Jeddah schools whenever he wants to come.
Other guests discussed with Ahmed about the clock he made and about the incident of misunderstanding his invention as bomb and handcuffed.
