US election results comes in, Sensex downs over 800 points

On Wednesday, the Sensex opened with a negative gap of more than 800 points during global fall as Donald Trump leading the U.S. presidential polls as per the reports.

According to The Hindu, at 9:15 a.m, pre-open session time, the benchmark Sensex fell 1,339 points or 4.86 per cent, subjecting to the fall in other markets of equity.

Last night, an immediate denomination notes announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India is also the reason for the impact.

All leading equity indices lost more than 2 per cent each somewhere in Asia. While Hang Seng lost 635 points, Nikkei was down 383 points.
