Vegetable Pakodas

Ingredients:

Cauliflower- 1 cup, chopped

Onion- 1, chopped

Potato- 1 medium size, chopped

Spinach- 1 bunch, chopped

Green chillies- 1 finely chopped

Curry leaves

Ginger and garlic paste- 1/2 tsp

Besan (Chickpea)- 2 cups, sieved

Coriander- Finely chopped

Fennel seeds- 1 tsp

Salt- To taste

Asafeotida- A pinch

Oil- To deep fry

METHOD:

Combine all the dry ingredients, Besan (gram flour), coriander, fennel, salt and asafeotida in a bowl.

Now add chopped cauliflower, onion, potatoes, spinach, cabbage, curry leaves, and green chilies.

Mix all the ingredients by adding water to form a thick, smooth batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high flame and deep fry until crispy.

Crispy and spicy vegetable Pakodas are ready.
