VH writes to Rajnath seeking CBI probe into Nayeem case

Opining that it was not possible with the SIT to inquire into Nayeem case, Congress senior leader V Hanumantha Rao said that he addressed a letter to the Union Home Minister to assign Nayeem case to CBI.

Speaking at the Assembly media point here on Wednesday, VH alleged that the Narendra Modi government was an anti-farmer government. The Modi government, which was waived off Rs.50,000 crore loans of Corporate Companies, was neglecting the farmers. The State government was also following the footsteps of Central government in regard to farmers, he alleged stating that the farmers were committing suicides in the State.

Questioning the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao to tell as to why they were not asking national status to Pranahitha-Chevella project, VH said that it was not correct to the government to indulge in publicity stunt saying that they were brought Rs.7000 crore from NABARD forgetting the fact that the government was burdening the people.
