In a horrid incident, a 39-year-old man was found hanging from a tree at Vijay Chowk in the national capital. The tree is a few metres away from the Parliament. The deceased has been identified as Dayal Verma allegedly committed suicide today morning.
The man hails from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. He was spotted at 7.00 a.m.
He wrote a 23-page suicide letter which had a list of local bookies.,” DCP Jatin Narwal said. “It seems he had lost Rs 13-crore. And this was his second suicide attempt,” he added.
