JAMMU: In a horrific incident, a 25-year-old woman falsely accused in a theft case was stripped, beaten and a beer bottle and red chilli powder inserted in her private parts by Jammu Kashmir police officer.
According to CNN News18 reports, the alleged rape took place in Kanachak area of Jammu a fortnight ago.
The complainant said she used to work as a domestic helper in a house where she was falsely accused of thievery and was wrongly confined and tortured for a week by the Kanachal Police Station SHO Rakesh Sharma.
The station house officer forcibly stripped her and stuffs her private parts with red chilli powder a beer bottle and chilli powder.

The victim’s husband claimed the he was arrested and the kids were assaulted by the men in uniform when they tried to visit her in custody.
“We were illegally detained and my wife was tied up. I was beaten. Policemen forced her to remove her clothes and inserted bottles and chillies inside her,” the victim’s husband told the media.
A special investigation team (SIT) has been formed to probe the allegations.
