Chelyabinsk: Video of an elderly man taking a cell phone photo under a girl’s skirt in a store has gone viral after it was uploaded on the social networking sites.
The incident took place in a store in the city of Chelyabinsk in central Russia.
The CCTV cameras filmed the shocking act committing by the shameless man, who is perhaps more than her father’s age.
