Jerusalem: Video showing masked Israeli soldier trying to arrest 12-year-old Palestinian boy got viral. In the video it can be seen how Palestinian boy’s sister and mother struggle to stop the arrest. The boy’s sister is seen biting the soldier’s hand.
The soldier eventually frees himself from the crowd and releases the boy. According to the Israeli military, the boy was being detained because he was hurling stones, but was then released “to prevent an escalation of violence.”
