-Very good knowledge and preferably hands of experience into complete recruitment cycle.
– Experience into Domestic Recruitment is must.
-Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client’s requirements
-Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
-Post job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
-Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity
-Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes
-Conduct skills testing and reference checks.
-Follow up the candidates and maintaining the database.
Eligibility:
0 to 2 years Domestic Recruitment Experience.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should have Basic understanding regards contract and permanent staffing, It recruitment.
Qualification:
Any Graduation or Post Graduation.
Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Job Location: Hyderabad
