Job Description:

Responsible for Post recruitment formalities including Joining Formalities, Code Creation,On-boarding & Coordinate / follow up with respective bank authorities for Account opening, SIC Code creation.
Ensure Entry, Exit, Confirmation,Attendance process gets followed as defined. Ensuring accuracy of HR database at all points of time. In terms of mapping of employees as well as status of employees.
Conducting & Coordinating for Employee Engagement activities on monthly basis.
Ensuring organisation wise compliance w.r.t. all major statutory labour law- contract labour, PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, POGA, Minimum wages, Maternity Benefit etc.
Follow up for timely PT payments in coordination with the Admin team to avoid penalties/fines due to delay.
Liaise with various statutory bodies for Employee Provident Fund, ESI etc as and when required.
Ensuring statutory compliance is followed across all branches and r esolve all statutory issues amicably in co-ordination with admin team.
Handle backend process in co-ordination with CHR Team for Employee Confirmation/Audits/Payroll updates/BVC/Performance Management/Training/ MRM Data/FNF settlement etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA-HR with atleast 3 years of experience from BFSI/BPO domain.

Should have strong knowledge & experience in Statutory Compliance/Labour Laws.
Should have developed & initiated Employee Engagement activities across the region.
Should be well versed with MS Office and hands on experience in MIS Management.
Should be available for Joining in short notice.
Should be conversant in English,Hindi & Telugu.
