Job Description:
Identifying business leads from different sectors, services & inbound leads by cold calling.
To call prospective customers and generate interest in the product.
Taking feedback from existing and new clients.
Accurately verify the demographic and other details of the lead and to qualify data generated using substitute and other data points.
Create client interest in the product by communicating its features passionately.
To generate quality appointments for the sales team & forward to respective location managers.
Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records with follow ups and status on a daily basis until the lead is closed.
Daily MIS to be mailed to the reporting manager.
Managing good relationship with customers. Interaction with existing and new customers.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
Presentable candidate with Good Telephone Etiquettes.
Convincing Skills.
Should be able to work with a Team. Good at Computers.(MS- Office)
