Charterhouse is working with a retail company based in Dubai who is looking to hire an HR Executive (Arabic Speaking).
You will be required to provide HR support to the regional HR team, with a key focus on the Egyptian market. You will cover all administration surrounding visa issuance, cancellations and renewals. You will also support recruitment activities for the group in the UAE market. In addition, you will solely manage the market in Egypt (circa 30 staff) to include all recruitment, administration and payroll duties.
The successful candidate should have at least 1 year basic HR experience within a corporate environment – retail experience is advantageous. You should be meticulous, have a polite but confident manner together with the willingness to learn new aspects within HR and of the business. Due to the nature of the role and the area of the market you will cover, our client has stated a preference for an Egyptian national. It is essential you are Arabic speaking.
Hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm, but flexibility is key due to Egypt operating hours and the occasional weekend emergency.
