The purpose of this position is to create a step change in acquisition revenue delivery through digital touch-points. By setting and delivery of the digital sales roadmap for new customers, offering core Consumer, Enterprise and Digital Services, as well as partner/3rd party products, they will position du as the premium ecommerce site in the UAE, drawing on previous experiences in other markets.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring on time and to quality delivery of the strategic roadmap and associated targets (revenue, NPS and conversion) that underpins the overall business strategy. They will need to support their team to deliver product launches, updates to products and functionality, online only offers as well as shop in shop and App store implementations. The position is accountable for achieving revenue targets as well as exceptional customer experience measured via NPS. They will manage the end to end customer experience including fulfilment process and management of the ecommerce platform.
This role will need exceptional matrix management skills, and will be partnering with Marketing, Customer Experience, Brand and Communications, Information Technology, PE, external parties and other relevant departments and business units. They will be able to influence the business strategy and offline channels to drive ‘digital first’ delivery.
o Minimum 8 years in eCommerce, ideally with Omnichannel experience also
o Good interpersonal skills preferable.

o Strong knowledge and experience in delivering ecommerce capability, ideally Omnichannel solutions
o Proven experience in managing ecommerce teams to deliver sales growth in EMEA, US or MENA markets
