Job Description:
Urgent Openings for Wealth Planning Officer & Sales Associate
1. Achieve the set business targets on Search Results Analytic network process and case count
2. Acquire New Customer through following:
Leads
Natural market
References
Orphan base
3. Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
4. Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model
5. Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated
6. Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc
7. Render prompt post sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains
8. Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers
9. Maintaining the desired persistency ratio
10. Strategize and interact closely with the supervisor on delivering on Business
11. Work collectively with the supervisor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
12. To develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targets
