Hyderabad: The recent arrest of drug kingpin Calvin Mascarenhas and his associate Zeeshan Ali Khan and their arrests, has given the Enforcement Department, the much-needed information against other people involved in the drug racket.
So far the call logs, WhatsApp chat along with their confessional statements, has given much-needed proof against the people involved, some of which are high profile people from Tollywood, with the ED issuing notifications against all the alleged members involved on Thursday.
The drugs were delivered secretly through close associates or the PA’s, even the drivers or sometimes directly to the 12 Tollywood actors revealed the investigations.
Ravi Teja one of the prominent actors from Tollywood who has been served notice for appearing before the investigating officers, sources of the excise department reveal, the actor used to get his drugs delivered through his driver and personal assistant.
