Hyderabad: A woman was seriously injured after her husband set off the shot by accident.
The incident occurred at Medchal. According to police Venkat Reddy was cleaning his airgun at his farm house located at Graveli where he went with the family members, when the airgun went off accidentally. The bullet hit his wife.
Venkat Reddy told that he had purchased the airgun through his relative who is an ex-army man. The airgun was being used to shoo away the birds and animals.
The woman is said to be out of danger.
