A 45-year-old woman beggar was found murdered near Mettuguda Metro Station on Monday morning.
The body of Rajeshwari was noticed by some passersby who informed the Lalaguda police. She is suspected to have been murdered by some unidentified persons by hitting her with a blunt object. Enquiries by the police revealed that Rajeshwari was a beggar and used to stay no footpath of St. Anns College. A case of murder has been registered and further investigations are on. (INN)
