Jaisalmer: A 28-year-old woman was allegedly raped by three persons near Ramdevra temple here, police said today.
The incident took place when victim and her husband, both hailing from Jodhpur, had come to visit the temple yesterday, SP Gaurav Goyal said.
They were standing at an isolated place near the temple when the accused reached there, he said, adding they thrashed the husband and raped the woman.
On the basis of a mobile phone and a motorcycle recovered from the spot, three persons were arrested today, the SP said.
A medical examination of the woman has been conducted and the accused were being interrogated, he added.
