We won’t implement ‘Bangaru Thalli’ scheme: CM

Making it clear that the TRS government will not implement ‘Bangaru Thalli’ scheme at any cost, the Chief Minister K Chandarsekhar Rao said that the Governor speech fills with TRS script only.

Speaking on the motion of thanks to the Governor’s speech on Sunday in the House, KCR said that it was not proper to the Opposition parties to criticize the Governor speech. He said that the TRS manifesto only placed in the Governor’s speech. The Governor read the script written by the government and the government only prepares the speech of the Governor, which is to be read in the both the houses. He said that the Governor reads the speech accepted by the Cabinet. The government only takes final decision in this regard and the Opposition, which was once in ruling, knows this fact very well. “They knew very well but they are criticizing the Governor’s speech”, he lamented.

The Chief Minister said that the TRS government was working hard on development for the last two years but there were no constructive suggestions from the opposition parties. Alleging that the industrialists staged dharnas at Indira Park during Congress government for the sake of power supply, KCR said that the TRS government was providing 24 hours power to the industries. He said that the Congress senior leader T Jeevan Reddy was afraid of Mission Bhagiratha project. He asserted that the TRS government fulfilled all the assurances made in the manifesto except KG to PG scheme. (NSS)
