Working in fashion not ‘clock-in, clock-out’, says Victoria Beckham

Los Angeles: Singer-turned-designer and former Spice Girls band member Victoria Beckham believes the fashion industry is not a “clock-in clock-out” industry, as she has to work extra hours to ensure her collections are completed.

The 42-year-old feels “lucky” and “blessed” to be a businesswoman and to have launched her eponymous clothing line, although she has hinted that it is relentless being a creative mastermind and designing new creations as she has to work long hours and has to regularly put in extra work, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“For me, I feel so lucky, so blessed, to do what I love. My business is my passion. It’s what I’ve always dreamed of, and I truly believe if you work hard enough and dream big enough there’s no limits to what you can achieve,” Victoria said on a Facebook Live interview with The Sunday Times Style magazine.

“Working in fashion is not a clock-in, clock-out type of industry, and the work and the passion that my team give me is fantastic,” she added.
