Dear all buyers be aware of looters before buying property... dont offer more than half price than asking price...and never go for buying flats at all.
toli chowki, mehdipatnam, ring road, mallapally is very normal area where most of colonies are slum and in tolichowki, ring road all village ppl got settle here to find bride and grooms from already people settle in hyderbad and very few colonies are HUDA layout. which is nothing special as all hyderabad is develop in similar way. the only reason to look properties here is muslim area and nothing special.
i dont under stand how ppl are asking 1 crore for 200 -300 sq yards house and 40 – 50 laks fo 100 sq yard house. And 25 – 30 laks for 1000 sft flat.
Lets calculate the construction cost…
if we built 100 sq yard gound floor with pop , lappam and marble flooing cost 7 laks and for 200 sqyads will cost 14 laks.
G+1 100 sq yards construction cost 13 laks and G+1 200 sq yards construction cost 26 laks.
And flats … 1000 sft flat will cost 7 laks and well interior will cost 8 laks for constuction.
On what basis we will pay the above mention prices given by harami dallas “ son of pigs” in Adds. How much money they are adding for land.
let’s calculate hyderabad salary structure.
Govt sector salaries 3 to 4 laks per year.
Private 'IT' industry 5 to 6 laks per year.
Other private sector 2 to 3 laks.
