Hyderabad: To create awareness on Planting trees and Save water, Vertex Prime Gated Community Organized a “Prime Walkathon 5K Run” at Nizampet on Sunday morning. Over 350 participants including kids and senior citizens participated, co-ordinated by 30 volunteers making the Hyderabad’s largest Gated community Run.
With an initiative of protecting our environment by planting trees and conserving water with optimal usage, Vertex Prime organized first ever “Prime 5K Run” in association with members and the in-house marathon club.
Mr. Varma, Managing Director of Vertex Homes has flagged of the run that started from Gated Community Entrance to Mayuri Nagar through other colonies and reached venue.
Association members said the importance of social responsibility in spreading awareness on effective utilization of natural resources. Cyberbad Traffic Police Department has helped the 5K Run by providing the guidelines, permissions and all the support required for successful completion of the event.
