Hyderabad: C.I.D filed an affidavit in the court saying that the bail of Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi, Floor Leader of MIM is unconditional.
It may be mentioned that Kasham Shetty and Karuna Sagar, Advocates had claimed in a petition filed in the Court of Special Sessions Judge that the terms and conditions of the bail were violated by Mr. Owaisi and hence they pleaded that his bail should be canceled.
The judge issued notices to C.I.D and Mr. Owaisi directing to file and affidavit. DSP of C.I.D. Mr. Syed Jahangir filed a counter affidavit in the court yesterday in which it was mentioned that no conditions were laid down while granting bail to Mr. Owaisi in the case of delivering violent speeches in 2013.
