Amit Shah hosts former IB, RAW chiefs for dinner

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday organised a dinner for Rajiv Jain and Anil Dhasmana, the recently retired chiefs of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), respectively.

Shah lauded their contribution in strengthening national security during their illustrious career spanning 40 years.

Mnisters of State G. Kishan Reddy and Nityanand Rai, National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval, Union Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba and other senior officials were present on the occasion.

Arvind Kumar has replaced Rajiv Jain while Samant Goel has been appointed as the new RAW chief.
