Audi joyride ends in Tragedy: Arshad killed by friends

Gurgaon: In yet another shocking incident a man was allegedly killed by his friends after a joyride in Audi car borrowed by the deceased.

The Gurgaon police have arrested three men in connection with the killing of Arshad Khan, Indian Express reports.

According to reports, victim Arshad khan wife registered a complaint against the three accused Julekar, Rizwan and Lukman of Gurgaon- her husband’s friends who had visited their residence in Sahibabad on January 7.

The complainant stated her husband later went out with his friends on a joyride on an Audi car that he borrowed from his other friend Shahrukh Khan but did not return the car back to him.

When Arshad failed to return the car to Shahrukh till late evening, Shahrukh called him up and  enquired about the situation.

Shahrukh sensed something suspicious when Arshad told him his friends were insisting him to take them on joyride failing which they were threatening to kill him.

Following which Shahrukh informed Arshad’s younger brother Gulab and cautioned him that his brother could be in trouble.

The deceased’s brother soon informed the Police after he failed to reach his brother.

As the police swung into action, it found Arshad’s body next day in Sushant Lok with the Audi car abandoned a few hundred metres away from there.

During the investigation, the police also found a Facebook post of the three accused taking a joyride in Audi with Arshad.

The trio was nabbed that led to the recovery of Arshad’s mobile phone which the accused threw in a drain in Sushant Lok area.
