Hyderabad: In view of upcoming Bakrid Festival (Eid al-Adha) a coordination meeting with all the Ulemas and different department officials was organised by Hyderabad City Police on Thursday at Salarjung museum.
They studied various kinds of arrangements which includes clearance, safety and security security to ensure smooth conduct of the festival which will be celebrated on August 12.
Chief Guest of the meeting City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar addressing the gathering said, “Hyderabad City Police in association with GHMC is all set to go for bakr Eid arrangements.”
As part of security his department was leaving no stone unturned, As far as wastage clearence is concerned, Special teams by GHMC will be deployed to lift the animal waste.
CP also appealed public cooperation to ensure the festival passes off smoothly, CP further says Muslim brother and sisters celebrate festival with Love and joy.
DGP, Shikha Goel, South Zone DCP, Amber Kishore Jha, Moulana Qubool Pasha Quadri Shuttari, and Moulana Taqi Raza and others were present on the occasion.
