Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, IPS, has issued P.D. orders against Chetan Soni, a property offender of Abid Road Police Station on December 22, 2018.
According to a pressnote from the CP, accused Chetan Soni, 23, a native of Gollakhidki, Murali Nagar, Hussainialam, presently residing in M.S. Boys Hostel, King Koti, has committed thefts of two wheelers, mobile phones and laptops under the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate to make easy money. The accused, who committed five offences in the recent past under Hyderabad Police Commissionerate limits has been creating fear and panic among the general public, thereby adversely affecting the public order, apart from disturbing the peace, tranquillity and social harmony in the society.
The Abid Road Police arrested Chetan Soni on October 6, 2018 and sent him to judicial custody. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on December 27, 2018 and was lodged in Chanchalguda Central Jail.
