Brinda Karat claims Bulandshahr violence was part of a bigger plan

Bulandshahr: CPIM leader and former MP Brinda Karat claimed that the violence occurred at Chingrawathi police station in Siyana on December 3 was the part of a large-scale riot that was planned. She alleged that RSS, Bajrang Dal and VHP people had conducted a meeting a day before the violence in Siyana and Nayabaans village.

The former Rajya Sabha member Brinda Karat gave this statement at the house of Sharfuddin in Nayabaans who was acquitted in cow slaughter case. She also claimed that Bajrang Dal, VHP and RSS have prepared a complete agenda for the ensuing parliamentary election. Taking political mileage of the anarchy and violence, BJP wants to polarise the voters. BJP benefitted from Muzaffarnagar riots during 2014 elections and now it wants to repeat violence for political gains, she said.

Brinda Karat asserted that SIT is working under the pressure of Yogi Government and is exploiting innocents and sending them to jail.
