Hyderabad: Social activist, Mr. Vaman Meshram alleged that BJP is making an attempt to convert 17 lakh Muslims of Assam to Hinduism.
He also told that BJP Govt. is also targeting OBCs using the names of the Muslims.
He was addressing a protest meeting in the Golden Jubilee Hall of Siasat Urdu Daily which was organized by S.C, S.T, B.C and Muslim Front. It was presided over by Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily.
Quoting documentary evidence, Mr. Meshram told that 74.5% of the people of India do not fall under the category of the Hindus.RSS has declared them untouchables. He informed that RSS divided 1700 SCs, 800 Tribals and more than 6,000 B.Cs and declared them backward so that they could rule over them.
Mr. Meshram further told that if the Muslims stop telling SCs, STs and OBCs as Hindus, all the conspiracies of RSS would be foiled.
He alleged that EVMs were manipulated in 2004 and 2009 elections. He said that he has documentary proof to prove his allegations.
He further told that when Dr. Subramanian Swamy approached the Supreme Court alleging the manipulations with EVMs, RSS struck a deal in connivance with the Congress and it provided an opportunity to BJP to continues its manipulations with EVM in 2019 also.
Comparing the seats BJP secured in 2014 and 2019, Mr. Meshram told that it does not tally.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan in his residential address assured the Muslims not get panicky about CAB.
He advised the Muslims to organize their documents properly and also to include their compatriots in the protests. He told them to formulate a strategy of exerting pressure of Govt. of India.
Justice Chandra Kumar, Ms. Syindhiya, Mr. Devender, Mr. Mujahid, Maulana Naseeruddin, Mr. Anwar Khan and others also addressed the gathering.
Continuing his presidential address, Mr. Zahid Ali Khan told that a resolution should be drafted against CAB and NRC which should be sent to the CMs of A.P. and T.S. with a request to refuse to implement these laws in their states.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan clarified that though the State Governments are bound to implement all the laws enacted by the Central Govt., but this resolution will represent our sentiments.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan expressed the need to establish firm relations between the Muslims and the down trodden sections of society.
He pointed out that during the tenure of 800 years of the Muslims rule, the Muslim rulers appointed the persons belonging to higher castes to the important positions neglecting the backward sections. It was the duty of the Muslims to support the cause of the down trodden and to raise their voice against the atrocities meted out to them but it did not happen. It was exploited but the higher castes.
They funded the backward classes to engineer communal riots against the Muslims.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan mentioned that in the communal riots of Gujarat, the people of the higher castess funded the down trodden people to organize communal riots against the Muslims.
He expressed the need to bring together all the weaker sections to fight against CAB and NRC.
