CBI court reserves order in YS Jagan bail cancellation plea

Hyderabad: The arguments have been concluded in Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s bail cancellation case in the special CBI court from the city.

The court will pronounce its Judgment on August 25. The petition was filed by the ruling YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishna Raju urging the court to cancel the bail of the CM.

The counsel for the CBI sought more time to file its written arguments in the case. However the counsel for Raghu Rama Krisna Raju opposed the same. He urged the court to not give more time to the CBI and asked it reveal its stand on the issue after an adjournment.

When the court took up the hearing of the case, the counsel for the apex Investigation agency of the country urged the court to consider the memo filed by it earlier as their written arguments.
