Srinagar: GoI is engaged in restoring normalcy in Kashmir. It has started negotiations with Omer Abdullah and Mahbooba Mufti. National Conference denied it.
It may be noted that after the scrapping of Article 370, all the political leaders are put behind the bars.
Sources indicated that GoI is working at all fronts to improve law and order situation.
It is said that PDP and NC can play an important role in bringing back normalcy.
