Hyderabad may witness thunderstorms, gusty winds

Hyderabad: Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana may witness thunderstorms and gusty winds till 14th May. It will be a relief for the residents of Hyderabad as the city was witnessing heat waves for the past few days.

According to the report published in Times of India, at some places, the mercury had touched 46 degree Celsius.

As per the predictions made by Met Office, some places in Hyderabad and other districts of Telangana may also witness gusty winds of 30-40 kmph. The weather is likely to change due to a cyclonic circulation over South Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

It may be mentioned that on Friday, maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in Hyderabad were 42.2 and 30.2 degree Celsius respectively. The maximum temperature was three degree Celsius above the normal whereas the minimum temperature was four degree Celsius more than the normal.

Khammam has recorded the highest temperature of 45.4 degree Celsius.
