CM holds key meeting on RTC Strike, Likely to issue a Statement

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today held a key meeting with transport,  RTC and other officials on the RTC employees strike and the government version to be given in the High Court on Friday. 

The Chief Minister is likely to give today a statement on the government stand with regard to strike by the RTC reached 12th day. 

In the crucial meeting held at Pragathi Bhavan,  the Chief Minister discussed with the officials about the stand to be taken to end strike as per the Court directive. 

It may be recalled that the High court has pulled up the government, union leaders and RTC management for the strike and directed them to take steps to end stir, by holding talks, and advised the  RTC employees to call off the strike and join duties. 

Since the court set a deadline of October 18 to the govt and RTC employees,  KCR discussed on the version and steps to provide adequate buses to people.  He asked the officials to run 100 percent buses by taking necessary measures.
