Hyderabad: The last date for submission of applications for the 4th edition of Santoor Women’s scholarship has been extended till August 31. Girl students belonging to Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka can apply for the scholarship. Only those girls are eligible who have passed 10th and 12th classes from government schools and colleges and have taken admission into government Degree College.
Santoor Women’s Scholarship was launched by Wipro Care in 2016. Every year 900 girl students are provided scholarship so that they can continue with their graduation studies.
The selected students are provided financial assistance of Rs 24000 per year.
