Delhi police should get prize for being helpless: Owaisi

HYDERABAD: All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Thursday said Delhi police should get a prize for being ‘helpless bystanders’ after a gunman managed to climb over a barricade and shoot at anti-CAA-protesters. The bullet hit a Journalism student of Jamia, identified as Shadab.

Hours after the incident took place, the Hyderabad MP tweeted:

Owaisi also took targeted PM Narendra Modi on Twitter, asking if he could identify the accused by his clothes.
