Hyderabad: The arguments over the demolition of Erramanzil heritage building continued in the High Court today.
The HC asked the HMDA to submit the master plan of the city. It also inquired from the HMDA under which zone that the Erramanzil heritage building would fall.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case to July 30. It may be noted here that the State government has told the HC on Thursday that it would not be right for the court’s to interfere into its policy matters. It also told the HC that it could not take permission of the HMDA without any plan of the proposed building.
