A farmer belonging to Nalla Madugu Pedda Tanda in Lingampet Mandal of Yellareddy District committed suicide by consuming pesticide.
According to the details of the incident, a farmer by name, Phool Singh consumed pesticide at his farm.
His family members rushed him to the hospital where he died during the treatment.
It is reported that the farmer was vexed with the damage caused to the crop due to unseasonal rains.
Police registered a case on the complaint filed by his wife, Shweta and started investigation. The farmer is survived by widow, two daughters and a son.
