File Review Petition in Supreme Court, Qasim Rasool urges

Dr. Syed Qasim Rasool, President of Welfare Party of India told that a Review Petition Should be filed in the Supreme Court of India in Babri Masjid land Ownership Case.

He was addressing a press conference in Hyderabad Yesterday.

He told that SC admitted that Babri Masjid existed at this place. It also had declared that Judgment won’t be pronounced on the basis of faith (Aastha).

He categorically refused that the Muslims of India won’t accept 5 acres of land in lieu of Babri Masjid since the Muslims were fighting for their right not for the piece of land.

Dr Rasool said that SC verdict is not acceptable and hence a review petition needs to be filed.

This judgment proved that there is no supremacy of law in this country.

Immediately after the pronouncement of this verdict, Home Minister hinted at introducing Uniform Civil Code. It only means that the country is marching towards transforming itself into a Hindu State.

Lamenting on the present status of the country, he said that it is difficult to believe whether this country is following the rule of law. It has proved that majoritarianism is supreme and not the constitution of India.
