Hyderabad: The forensic experts from Delhi will conduct a re-postmortem of bodies of accused of Disha rape case who were killed in the encounter by Cyberabad police.
This is being done as the state High Court on Friday has asked the superintendent of Gandhi Hospital to submit a report on the status of bodies of accused to the court tomorrow.
The Supreme Court has directed the state High Court to collect evidence in the case.
Hearing of the encounter case was held on Friday, during which advocate general opposed re-postmortem and sought more time to submit government’s stand. On which the court asked to submit government’s stand by 10:30 am on Saturday.
