Hyderabad: The TRS party executive meeting held today at TRS Bhavan has decided to take up membership drive and build new buildings for ruling party in districts. Party supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao chaired the meeting and taken several key decisions to strengthen the party.
It was decided to lay foundation for party offices in the districts on June 24 and take up membership drive from June 27. After discussing the related issues with the leaders, including ministers, MLAs and MLCs, the party chief asked them to work for membership drive from June 27. He also instructed them to coordinate for constructing party offices in the districts. The party supremo also allocated Rs 19.2 crores for construction of party offices in the districts at the rate of Rs 60 lakh for each.
KCR also asked the key functionaries of the party to hold another of meeting on June 27. To mark the Kaleshwaram inaugural on June 21, the Chief Minister advised the party men to hold celebrations across the State.
