Fraud to get MNC jobs, gang shifted to city

Hyderabad: Crime Branch of Hyderabad City Police shifted the interstate gang of three cheaters who usurped lakhs of money from the job seekers promising them to get appointments in various MNCs.

Police shifted Naveen Kumar (26), a native of U.P., Zubair Khan (23) native of Delhi and Nikhil Pal (30) alias Manoj Sharma, resident of U.P. on a transit warrant.

They cheated a resident of Humayan Nagar promising him a job in a multinational company and received Rs. 10,90,000 through online transfer.

According to the report of the police, they contacted the applicant on 5th February through phone and e-mail and obtained his C.V. and other details. They promised him a job.

Cyber Crime Police of Hyderabad registered a case and on the basis of technical evidence, traced out the accused. They were arrested earlier. Now they have been shifted to Hyderabad on transit warrant.
